How can you get your kites?
- Home collection (Cash and Carry) at Blk 545, Choa Chu Kang St.52 Singapore 680545. Do inform us beforehand to arrange an appointment with us.
- MRT Station Meetups at Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, Yew Tee, Bukit Panjang, Boon Lay and City Hall at scheduled timings. Please contact us for our weekly schedules. Delivery Charges Applies.
- Free delivery to you with a minimum purchase of $75 or additional $10 Home Delivery Service charge for orders less than $75. We will require payment through bank transfer.
- $7 Delivery Charge to any MRT stations for orders below $75
- Free Registered mail for orders with min purchase of $75
- Normal or Registered mail via Singapore Post. Singpost Postage charges will apply.

Our Exchange Policy:
- All items are non refundable or exchangeable.
- Manufacturing defects can be reported provided the items have not been used and are in original condition.
- Kites that have been flown are strictly not covered under the exchange policy
- For lights and electronic items please check upon receiving, no exchanges thereafter
